Hello, I’m Evann! I’m an online vegan chef whose excitement and focus is in teaching my audience how to create healthy, balanced, vegan meals that are focused primarily on high quality plant-based sources of protein.

I went vegan overnight in 2016 and at that time I had no idea what a balanced vegan diet looked like and found myself stumbling over what to eat for several months. As someone who is equally as passionate about strength training, yoga, and overall wellness, I realized quickly there is a big missing piece when it comes to education on the vegan diet – how to incorporate not just enough but an abundance of protein to my plate like I had so easily done before. I started researching, and still do endlessly, on how to build a healthy and balanced plate. What made a primary source of protein vs a secondary source or what ingredients were carbs or fats masked as proteins. This led me back to my kitchen where my creativity and passion thrives. After founding, then selling, my own meal prep company in Vancouver, B.C. I knew I loved being able to provide not just healthy meals, but macronutrient balanced recipes to help people live their best, most active lives.

Becoming a content creator has been the accumulation of everything I set out to do in my first years of being an entrepreneur over 9 years ago. Being able to connect with so many more people from all over the world and provide meaningful solutions to their health and wellness goals all while helping them make the decision every meal time to protect our planet, reach their health potentials, and enjoy really delicious food.
